Gina has nearly 20 years of health care consulting and management experience focusing on strategy, affiliation analyses, hospital assessments and operations improvement, business development, physician integration and market planning. She also has a strong background in financial analysis.
She has served as a consultant to various health care organizations for more than a decade. Prior to her consulting career, she served as the director of strategic planning and business development for St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Gina holds an MBA from the University of New Orleans and a BA from Loyola University in New Orleans.
