Jim has more than 30 years of healthcare executive leadership and consulting experience. His areas of expertise include hospital financial management, hospital reorganizations and workout services, financial turnarounds, operations improvement, hospital divestitures, facility affiliation analyses and governance restructuring.
Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Flynn served in a variety of hospital leadership roles, including President and CEO of Franciscan Health Partnership (Latham, New York) and Vice President of Finance and Information Systems at St. Clare’s Hospital (Schenectady, New York).
Jim is a CPA and holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Siena College.
