Mike has over 25 years of healthcare operations and finance experience. He provides financial leadership throughout an engagement. Mr. Rolph has extensive financial turnaround, financial planning and debt structure analysis experience. Prior to joining Grobmyer Associates he was the CFO for Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Other senior level positions held include CFO of First Health of the Carolinas, CFO of Venice Health System, and Regional Vice President of Finance for Bon-Secours Florida.
He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an Advanced Member in the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and has authored a number of articles regarding financial planning and managing risk.
Mike holds an MBA and BS in Accounting from The University of Akron. He also completed all courses toward a DBA in Accounting and Finance at Kent State.
